It was based on an existing animation with lip sync so it's normal though. I'm more impressed with the person's ability to cut such neat images and placing those just right on the board.
The dedication, the craftsmanship, the videography, is what makes this video top notch and makes me regret not seeing this more early, good job from a stranger on the internet.
@@xxtille He ain't lyin' the animation was most likely ripped from a vid and made to look like paper. Which still means he had to do the shadows and lights to make the paper and everything looks believable. Not an easy job but can be done in under a week.

This is pretty much one method of doing 2D animation with traditional art and it amazes me to consider just how long it took to get everything bought, prepped, set up, lighting-centered, and to film it on top of it all. That’s very impressive 👏

This is really fascinating to me, I’ve never really thought about paper stop motion, and it’s truly amazing. I can’t begin to imagine how long this project took. Takes real talent and dedication to achieve something of this level. To my eyes at least you’re an amazing artist and rightfully deserve recognition!
I assume this kind of thing requires one set of closed mouth frames, and then you chart where each mouth shape needs to go and make dedicated frames for each of those? Either that or the mouth was added over the paper/digitally.

しかも、絵は消しゴム使えるけど、切り絵は失敗したら最初から切り直し😱

It's a lot of work, but there's maybe a dozen mouth vowel sounds that you just switch out. It's not custom tailored to every syllable.
